Peptidci

Peptitler (Grekçe: πεπτίδια; “küçük sindirilebilirler”) tanılamamlanmış bir düzende, α-amino asitlerin birbirine ilgilanmasıyla oluşan kesik polimerlerdir.[1] Bir amino hamız sözıntısı ile öbürü arasındaki bağ bir “amit bağ” yahut peptit bağı olarak bilinir.[1]

Tetrapeptit (Oligopeptit)
Proteinler polipeptit molekülleridir (yahut çok sayıda polipeptit madun birimi barındırır). Omurga başkalık peptitlerin kesik, polipeptitlerin/proteinlerin ise uzun olmasıdır.[1]

Protein sentezi sırasında her amino hamız, gayrı amino asite ruzuşeb, kırılmayan bir polimer olan polipeptid zincirleriyle ilgilanır. Polipeptid strüktürsına sulplan amino asitlerin her biri strüktürya peptid ilgilarıyla ilgilanır. Peptid bağının oluşumu sırasında amino asitlerden birinin amino grubu ile diğerinin karboksil grubu, aradan bir deniz çıkması sonucu birleşirler.[1]

Averaj bir polipeptit zinciri 450 amino asitten oluşur.[1] Bilinen en uzun polipeptit, kestirmece 27,000 amino asitten oluşan, kas dokusunda bulunan “titin”dir. Polipeptid zincirine sulplan amino asitlere sözıntı (residue) adı verilir.[1] Zincirin bir ucundaki sözıntı, bağ yapmamış, sere serpe amino grubu barındırır ve N ucu olarak adlandırılır. Aynı şekilde zincirin gayrı ucundaki sere serpe α-karboksil grubu olan sözıntıevet C ucu adı verilir.
